Continuing the theme of dolls!
This picture was taken in the children's bedroom at Scotchtown, VA, Patrick Henry's old home. (He's the guy who made the "Give me liberty, or give me death!" speech during the Revolutionary War.) The chair in the background is original, the doll is not. But she does make it spooky...
The pictures that will follow are all from press trip to Richmond. My friend an editorial assistant for the Travel section, and she invited me to go along on her history getaway.
