I covered a Boy Scout event today in the mountains, and despite the bitter cold I was able to grab a few shots.
This is a series of nature shots after my more urban series last week!

beautiful shot Evelyn. Lovely lighting throughout this and the shadows cast a nice path through the frame. fine job.

@Duncan Galbraith: Thanks, Duncan. It was a nice afternoon for light, despite the cold.
Interesting play of light and shadows...but to be honest it doesn't do as much for me as the last couple did. Funny that you're shooting parks, my last three rolls of film have been parks. And in regards to the Harry Chapin film, yes that was Harry himself. Not sure who "Sue" was but I could probably find out.

@Paul Ricciardi: Yes, these are in a different vein, and not as dramatic. I'm not surprised that you liked the previous series better, as they were more down your alley--more narrative. Alas, there are weeks we go to Jazz at the Lincoln Center, and then there are weeks we go to the park!
Nice concept, I look forward to seeing the series progress.

@Daniel: I hope you like it!
Nice way to start you series Evelyn. Taking more shots of shadows is something I need to do. I'm looking forward to seeing the rest of your series.
