Last Perfect Moment

My sister, about to dig into her soup. I don't know if they do this anywhere else but Taiwan, even though this dish is supposed to be "French." But what they do is bake a thin, cheesy pastry over a bowl of soup, usually a chowder. You have to break the pastry with your spoon and mix it in with the soup, all without touching the bowl, because it just came out of the oven.

In other words, fancy crackers for your soup.
